Handling and Shipping
All shipments are transferred Internationally by FedEx (Including Greece).
Free shipping on all domestic orders (Greece) over 120€.
Free international shipping on orders over 180€. International shipping may not be offered in selected locations.
Our handling and shipping time is 1 to 5 business days.
Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing time during Black Friday and on Christmas period.
Make sure all the submitted data is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect / incomplete information, such as name, contact email, shipping or billing addresses, postal code, telephone number, etc.
Import Taxes and Customs Duties (International Shipping)
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
The prices on the site do not include import taxes and customs duties. All applicable obligations will be borne by the client. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.
30-Day Returns policy, after the reception of your order (12€ return shipping fee). First time purchasers receive free returns.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
In each Package you will find:
- 1 package bag to use for your return
- 1 return voucher (sticker)
- 1 return form
- Fill in the form and place it into the return bag together with the product(s) you would like to return.
- Apply the return voucher on the outside of the bag.
